Will my office get a bill for my product usage?

No. The costs of access have been “pre-paid” and those costs are part of your IT overhead budget.

Do I still need to keep a product "checked out" to reserve my license?

No. Your new agreement has no limits and is charged on a per usage/per day basis. So please close out your products at the end of the day and re-open as needed the next day.

So does this mean I don’t need to worry about how many products I open in a given day?

No. AECOM pre-paid for a large amount of “tokens” in your agreement. Each use of a product consumes some of those tokens. More complex products are charged at higher token rates. Use the products that you need to use, but be aware that

Am I charged if I accidentally open a product, then shut it down?

No. As long as you close the product within the 10 minute grace period window stated in the contract.

Can I access cloud services that consume “cloud credits”? How do I access them?

Please contact your Regional BIM Director for access.

Do we have access to Suites or Industry Collections?

Suites are not part of your agreement, because you have access to all of the products include in all Suites. You have the ability to create your own “Suite”.

What happens when Autodesk develops a new products and/or acquires new technologies?

There is a mechanism in our contract to easily add new technologies and this is often done on a quarterly basis. Work with your BIM Director and CSM to access new technologies.
