Autodesk Enterprise Business Agreement

Customer and Autodesk have an Enterprise Business Agreement (or EBA). This EBA represents the partnership that Customer and Autodesk have to provide Customer with Access to a broad range of technologies with Enterprise level flexible licensing and a Global Services Team.

Together, these aspects of the EBA can give you a competitive advantage, help you improve operational effectiveness, and ultimately help you derive greater business value from your technology investments.

Global Services

As part of the EBA, Customer has access the Autodesk Global Services team who can work with you to help you address the business requirements and challenges you face in leveraging technologies in the EBA.


Customer Success Management TeamCustomer has made a significant investment in the EBA with Autodesk in order to make changes to their organization and enhance their technology goals. A key component of the EBA program is assignment of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to work with Customer’s business. The mission of the CSMs is to connect Customer’s investment in Autodesk to the realization of tangible business benefits by driving business process improvements and helping you win new work. There are CSMs assigned to Customer globally and each of the three Customer super-GEOs (AMER, EMIA & APAC). Find out who your CSM is on the Resource page.

Enterprise Priority Support– designed to achieve operational excellence by helping you learn about and access new tools, these services all you to begin your technology adoption in the right way.

Autodesk Consulting – once your team has identified and received access to the right tools, Autodesk Consulting resources can be brought in to define streamlined workflows, implement and help you transform your teams to adopt new technologies.

The EBA provides Customer employees access to 60+ desktop and cloud products that can be used at every phase of your project delivery. As Autodesk’s portfolio improves and expands, the EBA provides a vehicle to gain access to new and innovative technologies when they become available.

Rather than licensing products one-by-one—and risking not having access to the latest new tools you’ll need to stay competitive—(CLICK) an Autodesk Enterprise Business Agreement gives you flexible, on-demand access to an expansive portfolio of products through a purchasing model we call “Token Flex.”
